Who Can Participate?

Participation in the Silver State Lottery is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Proof of age is required during the account verification process.

Nevada Presence: You must be physically located within the State of Nevada during the time of ticket purchase. Location services are enabled during every transaction to verify in-state presence.

Identity Verification (KYC): You must successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and other identity verification documents in accordance with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Participation is not permitted for individuals who do not meet these standards, nor for those physically outside of Nevada—even if they are Nevada residents.

Our goal is to foster a secure, transparent, and legally sound environment that protects players, maintains public trust, and ensures all proceeds are directed toward charitable impact. Silver State Lottery reserves the right to deny participation or withhold winnings from any individual who fails to meet the above eligibility criteria.
