Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver
As a condition of participation in the Silver State Lottery, all users expressly agree to resolve legal disputes through binding arbitration and to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings. These terms are legally binding and are outlined in full in our Terms & Conditions, which every user must accept during account registration and prior to ticket purchase.

Binding Arbitration Clause
By using the Silver State Lottery platform, you agree that any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the platform

The purchase or redemption of tickets

The claiming or awarding of prizes

The interpretation or enforcement of any platform policy or agreement

…will be exclusively resolved through final and binding arbitration, administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a comparable, mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.

Enforceability
